Almost literally.
I had a great training session last night. Almost fell over at one point, but it was closer to the end than it usually is. I feel like my conditioning is getting better and better.
Which is why it makes it all the more annoying that this morning I was wandering around the house barefoot and tripped on the exercise bike. One of my toes is seriously swollen and black. Awesome, its probably freaking broken. I hope not.
I'm probably going to skip the gym tonight and elevate it with ice on it and hope it gets better. I don't want to stop training, or even slow down. I'm feeling pretty freaking awesome, and backing off it is exactly what I DONT need.
UGH. One day I will learn the difficult lesson that I am far too clumsy to walk around the house barefoot.
