Its a huge lot off Las Vegas Blvd, 20 minutes north of all the casinos and big hotels. It contains a lot of the marquees of years past. Its funny to look at them, laying there haphazardly in the dirt, and think about how just a generation ago, people were staring up at these with wonder as they flashed away under the desert sky.
Our tour started at noon and it was already 90. There wasn't a lot of shade to hide in, and one bottle of water was definitely not enough. I made it through alright, but in the cab on the way back to the hotel, the drinking and lack of sleep from the night before caught up with me and I started to feel sick. Once I got some lunch it was all good, though. For the record, if you go...bring like a gallon of water. Just sayin'.

Also, because the Neon Graveyard puts ridiculous restrictions on Photographers unless you pay them a significant amount of money for a private shoot, I'm not allowed to SELL these photos. However if anyone wants a print, I'm more than happy to get one printed for you at cost. :)
